Terms of Service

Goha issues and manages license keys that unlock the associated script. Keys are obtained by completing an ad-link verification step and are locked to a single device (HWID) on first use. Access is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You agree not to:

• bypass, automate, or manipulate the verification/ad-link step;
• share, resell, or transfer keys except as the service allows;
• attempt to attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
• use the service in violation of any applicable law or third-party terms.

Keys may expire, and a device or identifier may be banned, at our discretion — including for abuse, chargebacks, or breach of these terms — without notice and without refund. We may change key durations, limits, and the verification providers at any time.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, access, or profits arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. for intent or gross negligence) remains unaffected.

Verification is handled by third-party ad providers subject to their own terms. Goha is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any platform you use the script with.

We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection law. Contact details are in the Impressum.
